Job summary

Kindred Hospital Riverside in Perris, California, seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process within a long-term acute care setting.

You will collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the care team to assess needs, plan interventions, and participate in discharge planning while maintaining high standards of safety and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and education as required by state.
• BCLS certification required on hire; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in acute care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process.
• Develop and update patient care plans with input from patient and family.
• Communicate patient status changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team.
