Job summary

AMSURG Corp. is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to work Monday through Friday, collaborating with staff and physicians. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, starting IVs, and caring for patients in recovery.

The role requires an RN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least two years of RN experience. Competitive benefits and PTO are offered. Vaccination policy applies; all hires must be fully vaccinated or have approved exemptions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in acute care nursing skills and knowledge.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state RN license to practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) with hands-on skills.
• Minimum of two years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures.
• Start IVs and provide care for patients in recovery.
• Assist patients with recovery and dressing.
• Actively participate in QA and Performance Improvement activities.
