Qualifications

• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state) with BLS certification.
• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience post-graduation preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
