LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a homecare setting. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and cultural sensitivity while delivering safe, compassionate care.

You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, coordinate care with families, document care plans, and support staff development. BLS and a current US RN license required; new graduates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Nursing degree required.
• Valid RN license (US or compact) and BLS certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation; direct care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
