Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Laurens County Medical Campus in Laurens, SC. The role is within the Facility Resource Pool, providing clinical direction and direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting with patient/family-centered care.

The position requires a current RN license, an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and a minimum of two years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to assigned patients following the established nursing plan.
• Develops and updates the plan of care in collaboration with patient/family and health-care team.
• Assesses patient status, documents progress, and communicates changes to the team.
• Delivers patient care with safety and infection control considerations.
• Ensures accurate documentation and patient advocacy.

Education
