Job summary

Prisma Health in South Carolina is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting. You will collaborate with the care team, ensure evidence-based practice, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires ACLS and a valid RN license, with weekend/on-call commitments. You will participate in discharge planning, ongoing assessment, and care coordination to promote patient safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 1 year RN experience; or completion of Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Licensure: Current RN license recognized.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to assigned patients per established nursing plan.
• Develop and update patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assess changes in patient status and communicate with the team.
• Ensure safety and compliance with organizational policies.
