Job summary

Prisma Health seeks an experienced registered nurse for the Tuomey Hospital Emergency Department. You will provide direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting, develop and adjust care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure, at least 1 year of RN experience, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A day shift in Tuomey with bonus eligibility is available, with opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience - One year as a registered nurse.
• Licensure - RN license current and active.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform nursing assessments per standards.
• Develop and update patient care plans with the care team.
• Communicate changes in patient condition and plan to the team.
• Provide direct care per the nursing plan and policy.
• Ensure patient safety and documentation accuracy.
