Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing or equivalent.
• Current RN license in the state of Illinois and active BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders; monitor responses.
• Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team; participate in discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in line with regulatory standards.
