Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• BSN preferred; ASN must complete BSN within five years of start date.
• Current New Jersey RN license required; Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsabilités

• Maintains accurate health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors for side effects.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, plans, and evaluates nursing care plans with the healthcare team.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
