Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with the healthcare team, assess patients, administer medications, and maintain detailed medical records at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ.

You will monitor patient conditions, educate patients, and contribute to care plans with a multidisciplinary team. A state RN license and BLS are required; BSN and ACLS are preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
