• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, and balance activities.
• Document evaluations and daily treatments in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers and therapy teams.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality initiatives.
