Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Active Physical Therapy license in State of Kansas.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical therapy evaluations, establishes plans of care, and delivers prescribed care per APTA standards and Kansas PT act.
• Provides direction and clinical supervision to clinical support staff.
• Promotes physical therapy services and professional development across the organization and community.
• Reports to the assigned leader of department.
