Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA preferred in ICU experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand competitors and obtain competitive information.
• Explain product features to customers per their needs.
• Maintain customer engagement and understand customer needs.
• Develop strategy documents: strategic plan, marketing plan, product launch plans.
• Elevate sales education related to wound care and mattress features.
• Articulate clinical relevance of current product features (CLRT).
• Develop messaging for early mobility and portfolio coordination.
• Understand market dynamics and customer value perceptions.
• Create marketing strategies to strengthen customer-product relationships.
• Propose objectives for clinical evidence and evaluate studies.
• Support engineering sustainment projects.
