Advocate Health Care in North Carolina is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services at Davie Medical Center. The role requires IP experience with OP as a bonus and a minimum of 16 hours per month, including one weekend and one holiday weekend during specified months.

The candidate must hold an NC PT license, have a BS in Physical Therapy, and CPR certification renewed every two years.

Formación

Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina.
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
CPR certification required every two years.

Responsabilidades

Provides patient care assessment and treatment.
Ensures evaluations and treatments are comprehensive and aligned with standards.
Develops and documents treatment plans with measurable goals.
Maintains accurate patient documentation including evaluations and discharge notes.
Ensures timely documentation of education, charges, and departmental statistics.
Meets department productivity standards and understands budgeted expectations.
Adjusts schedules to meet patient and department needs.
Participates in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Supervises PT students to develop clinical skills and ensure quality care.
Communicates professionally with patients, physicians, and staff.
