• Interprets referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Plans and implements individualized treatment plans and monitors outcomes.
• Prepares discharge plans including home programs and family education; coordinates community services.
• Documents care per policy; billing, scheduling, and productivity requirements.
• Maintains safety, infection control, and equipment; supports team-based care.
• Participates in performance improvement and staff orientation; may supervise assistants.
