Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Must possess a current unrestricted license to practice physical therapy from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Orientation period up to three months to learn department policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patient needs and develop a PT plan.
• Collaborate with the health care team to coordinate therapies.
• Manage patient caseload and participate in department meetings and student supervision.
• Assist with triage, referrals, and discharges as assigned.
• Demonstrate clinical growth through ongoing education and mentorship.
