Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement care for patients in alignment with APTA standards and Essentia Health policies. The role includes a weekend rotation every 4 weeks and serves as casual coverage for PTO and leaves.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state where services are performed.
• Graduate degree from a physical therapy program.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload.
• Perform ancillary/administrative duties including documentation, billing, and scheduling management.
• Supervise support staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

Education

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degrees from a physical therapy accredited program
