Job summary

• Licensed Physical Therapist per state licensure requirements.
• Clinical care responsibilities include examinations, evaluations, and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and delivers physical therapy programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Documents patient information and therapeutic plans per department guidelines.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Treats patients of varying ages with diverse diagnoses as needed.
• Interacts with providers, case managers and external partners.
• Supervises assistants if applicable and contributes to peer education.
