Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat and implement care for patients in accordance with APTA standards and Essentia Health policies.

The position combines neuro and general outpatient physical therapy services, requiring licensure in the relevant state and a degree from an accredited program. It offers a full caseload and opportunities for teaching and professional growth.

Formación

• Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients per APTA standards and Essentia Health policies.
• Outpatient neuro rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state where services are performed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapy evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload.
• Handle documentation, billing, scheduling, and other administrative duties for a full caseload.
• Communicate professionally and supervise support staff as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with Essentia Health leadership and referring physicians for cohesive care.
• Meet organizational policies, code of conduct, and professional ethics.
