Acute Hospital Physical Therapist (Inpatient, Per Diem)

Provide comprehensive physical therapy for diverse adult and geriatric inpatients across post-surgical, orthopedic, neurological, and cardiac diagnoses. Perform patient evaluations, develop and deliver evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment, and provide discharge planning to support mobility and functional independence.
