Job summary

Rosaires Care seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide inpatient rehabilitation services, delivering patient-centered care within an integrated interdisciplinary environment. You will perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans for adults and geriatric patients.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support discharge readiness, promote mobility and safety, and educate patients and families to enhance understanding and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities.
• Experience working with diverse adult and geriatric populations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, patient-centered setting.
• Strong communication and patient/family education skills.
