Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Director of Pharmacy for a hospital in Moore Haven, FL. The candidate will serve as PIC, overseeing operations in an acute care setting with emphasis on regulatory compliance and quality standards.

The role is a contract, Monday–Friday, roughly 8:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM, with no weekend coverage. Onsite housing nearby (Hampton Inn) and local travel considered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• PharmD and active Florida pharmacist license.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy management, inpatient preferred.
• Experience with IV preparations and TJC standards.
• Knowledge of CPSI and Omnicell systems.
• Ability to lead operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as PIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support TJC accreditation readiness.
• Manage weekday staffing (3 techs, 1 FT pharmacist, 4 PRN).
• Oversee sterile compounding with the team.
• Collaborate on CPA processes via CPS.
• Train onsite staff during transition.
