Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with active state license (Nebraska preferred)
• Experience in inpatient/acute care pharmacy settings is advantageous
• Ability to participate in rounds and clinical discussions with physicians and nurses
• Fosters patient-centered care and evidence-based practice

Responsibilities

• Participate in clinical rounding and medication reconciliation
• Lead antimicrobial stewardship efforts and optimize therapy
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and nursing staff
