Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join an inpatient hospital team. The role balances clinical pharmacy practice with operational responsibilities, focusing on safe and effective medication use.

You will review orders, collaborate with physicians and care teams, participate in antimicrobial stewardship and pharmacokinetic dosing, conduct reconciliations, educate patients, and document care in the EMR. Hospital experience and active licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience working within an electronic medical record system preferred.
• Inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
