Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy is preferred.
• Licensed Pharmacist eligibility in PA within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmaceutical care to the assigned patient area.
• Review medication orders for safety, dosage, and interactions.
• Advise physicians and staff on drug therapy and formulary options.
• Coordinate resources to ensure timely, cost-effective care.
• Supervise technicians and interns to ensure accuracy of work.
