Job summary

• Documents medication history and notifies clinicians of compliance or regimen issues.
• Distributes medications responsibly and triages orders to meet patient needs.
• Provides drug information to patients, families and health professionals; shares literature updates.
• Supports division/department educational programs by precepting PGY1 and PGY2 residents.

Responsibilities
