• Collects and records patient data including vital signs, reporting findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Supports patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and activities of daily living.
• Assists with mobility and positioning using walkers, crutches, canes, or wheelchairs.
• Performs urine/stool sample collection and blood glucose monitoring and documents results.
