Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine patients’ needs.
• Bathes, dresses, and undresses patients.
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds patients requiring help.
• Transports patients to treatment units and assists with ambulation.
• Assists with turning and repositioning patients as needed.
• Reports abnormal vital signs and other observed changes to RN.
• Enters data into computer system.
