Job summary

EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA, is seeking a Unit Tech (Certified Nursing Assistant) to support patient care under RN supervision. You will observe vitals, assist with transport, respond to call lights, and assist with wound care per direction.

The position requires WA NA-C, AHA BLS by date of hire, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Acute care experience is preferred; competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current NA-C certification in Washington state.
• AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.
• Ability to apply basic patient care techniques to the assigned age group.

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and report changes in patient activity and vital signs.
• Assist with patient transport and handling of supplies and specimens.
• Answer call lights and respond to patient inquiries within scope.
• Assist RNs with wound care and procedures as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
