Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Current CNA (NA-C) certification in the State of Washington.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification by date of hire.
• Demonstrates ability to apply knowledge of basic patient care techniques.

Responsibilities

• Observes, documents, and reports changes in patient activity and/or symptoms.
• Assists with or prepares patient for transport and moves patients to various locations.
• Responds to patient inquiries and coordinates with RNs and other healthcare providers.
• Assists with wound care and patient procedures as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
