You will enter with a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, participate in a comprehensive mentorship on day one, and join a team of over 40 therapists focused on professional growth and collaborative care.

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Collaborative, team-building mindset and ability to work across units

Responsibilities

• Float among six Acute Care Units: Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step-down and more
• Treat an adult and geriatric patient population with complex conditions
• Engage in mentorship and leadership growth paths within the clinical ladder program
