Nealy Pierce is seeking a full-time permanent Occupational Therapist to join our Acute Care team in California. You will provide 1:1 patient care for adults and geriatrics with 45–60 minute evaluations across ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac and Stroke populations, with possible NICU exposure.

The role offers mentorship, interdisciplinary rounds with physician staff, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus and 4+ weeks of PTO. CA licensure required or eligible.

Formación

• Active California license or eligibility
• Acute Care experience preferred
• H1-B sponsorship not available

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 OT for adults/geriatrics with 45–60 min evals across ICU, Orthopedics, Neuro, Cardiac and Stroke cases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and physicians during rounds
• Participate in potential NICU exposure as available
