Nealy Pierce, LLC is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for a 400+ bed teaching hospital in San Antonio. The role involves floating across six acute care units, treating adult and geriatric patients, and joining a team of over 40 therapists.

You will receive 6 weeks of individualized mentorship and training on day one, with a clinical ladder program to support leadership growth and career progression within the acute care setting. Ownership of excellent patient care is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
