Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an Acute Care role with coverage across multiple floors and departments. You will see patients from admission to discharge, managing about 12 patients per day with time as needed.

We welcome new grads and experienced therapists, offering a structured clinical ladder with compensation increases tied to certifications and specialties. Relocation assistance and CEUs are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building mindset.
• Servant leader mindset.
• H-1B Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• See patients from admission to discharge.
• Mentor/train therapists without Acute Care experience as needed.
• Provide compassionate patient care and guide recovery.
