Qualifications

• Current and active California OT license.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member and share knowledge, provide feedback, and support colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary team members.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support functional goals and recovery.
• Document patient care in accordance with departmental and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain expected productivity and quality standards.
• Floating to other hospital locations to provide coverage as needed.
