Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our acute care team in a fully on-site role. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement plans, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include comprehensive OT evaluations, patient-centered interventions, and maintaining productivity standards while floating to other campus locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Ability to work as a team member and share knowledge.
• More than 2 years of OT experience qualifies for OT 2 title.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing therapeutic interventions to support functional goals and recovery.
• Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for coordinated care.
• Maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Participating in department and hospital initiatives as needed.
• Floating to other hospital locations to provide coverage.
