Job summary

West Henderson Hospital, part of The Valley Health System and a UHS subsidiary, seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate performance components affecting ADL functioning and provide goal-oriented treatment to maximize independence.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team; requires Nevada state license, NBCOT certification, and BLS; Bachelor's degree in OT from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Nevada State OT License, NBCOT certification, and BLS certification.
• Ability to provide care/services to the age groups served on the unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting ADL functioning and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.
