Job summary

Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to perform comprehensive ADL evaluations and provide goal-oriented treatment to improve patient independence. The role requires Nevada state licensure as an OT, NBCOT and BLS certification, with no mandatory experience though pediatric and behavioral health exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a university program satisfying the AOTA academic and intern requirements.
• Experience: None required, but preferred.
• License/Certification: Nevada State Licensure as a Registered Occupational Therapist. Current NBCOT. Current BLS.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting ADL functioning and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.
