Qualificações

• Current Occupational Therapist license in states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provides skilled occupational therapy services, staying updated on standard practices and develops care plans with goals.
• Meets established productivity standards for the department or service line.
• Keeps thorough and timely patient records and completes patient billing.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Manages all aspects of patient care and education, including supervising staff and students.
• Participates in continuing education opportunities for self and staff.
• Engages in quality improvement processes and utilization review audits.
• Participates in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and work groups.
• Contributes to program development and marketing strategies for the rehabilitation program.
