You will supervise staff, pursue continuing education, and contribute to program development and quality improvement while maintaining documentation and billing accuracy.

Formación

• Active OT license in applicable states.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with target patient population.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provides skilled occupational therapy services according to professional standards and develops care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments.
• Keeps thorough patient records and handles billing accurately and promptly.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers about patient needs and goals.
• Supervises assistants, aides, and staff to ensure high‑quality care.
• Engages in continuing education and quality improvement activities.
