Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and care teams about patient needs and goals.
• Supervise assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities and quality improvement processes.
• Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the rehabilitation services.
