Responsibilities

• Provides clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting.
• Develops an individualized plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensures compliance with licensure, policies, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates changes in patient condition and plan of care to the care team and documents appropriately.
