Job summary

The RN will collaborate with nurse managers and care team members to ensure safe care, advocate for patients and families, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives across care settings.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in applicable state.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Nursing degree/diploma with clinical training and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Delivers patient-centered care in a culturally competent manner across diverse populations.
• Coordinates safe, high-quality patient care and documentation through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Supports performance improvement and shared governance within the nursing team.
