Job summary

TriHealth in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Acute Care to join a dynamic hospital-based rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, plan and implement therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals.

Your role includes supervising staff, educating teammates, and coordinating care with patients and families while maintaining documentation and contributing to program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in OT or related field.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Active OT state licensure to practice in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan/provide therapeutic interventions in a transdisciplinary team.
• Directly supervise assistants, interns and support staff; participate in program development and education.
• Communicate treatment plans with patient and family; coordinate with other team members.
• Maintain documentation and discharge planning; support continuous quality improvement.
