MUHA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee hospital operations on a designated shift and ensure continuity of professional nursing care. You will collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other departments to meet patient needs and brief the on-call administrator as situations arise.

Qualified candidates have an active RN licensure (SC or compact) plus BLS and ACLS certifications and at least two years in an acute care setting.

Formación

• Experience: At least 2 years in an acute care facility.
• Licenses/Certificates: RN Licensure in the State of South Carolina or Compact Licensure Agreement
• AHA BLS Certification
• AHA ACLS Certification

Responsabilidades

• Oversee hospital functions on a designated shift.
• Confer with nursing staff, physicians, and other department personnel to meet patient needs.
• Inform the hospital administrator on call of situations needing attention.
• Manage staffing to provide continuity of professional nursing care.
