Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor for PRN shifts to oversee hospital functions on a designated shift. You will confer with nursing staff, physicians, and other department personnel to meet patient needs and maintain continuity of professional nursing care.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, SC/Compact RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in an acute care facility.
• SC or Compact State Registered Nurse license is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification or ARC BLS for Healthcare Providers is required.
