Job summary

MUSC Marion Medical Center in Mullins, SC is seeking an experienced Nursing House Supervisor (RN) for PRN shifts. The role oversees hospital functions on a designated shift, collaborates with nursing staff, physicians, and department colleagues to meet patient needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as Charge Nurse or Supervisor in an acute care facility, holds an SC or Compact RN license, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Charge Nurse or Supervisor in an acute care facility.
• South Carolina or Compact State RN license.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) for Healthcare Providers.
• PRN/part-time schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital functions on designated shift.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, physicians and departments to meet patient needs.
• Inform hospital administrator on call of situations needing attention.
• Manage staffing for continuity of professional nursing care.
