Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of primary care experience (internal medicine, geriatrics or family medicine).
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Comfortable working with Medicare-aged, medically underserved patients with comorbidities.
• Strong examination and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with patients and team members.
• Willing to travel between centers within short distances.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care and consulting services under physician supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of care.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Support community outreach and events to promote ArchWell Health model.
• Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement activities.
• Be available for call coverage as per schedule.
