ArchWell Health is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to provide outpatient primary care for Medicare-aged patients at our Kansas cluster of ArchWell Health centers. This employed role includes base salary plus bonus, full malpractice tail coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing or PA in the state of employment.
• Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Willing to travel within the market to multiple centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to Medicare-aged, medically underserved patients.
• Collaborate with a care team including physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and center staff.
• Deliver high-quality primary care addressing medical and social needs.
• Travel between nearby centers to serve patients in the community.
