Job summary
ArchWell Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide outpatient primary care at our state-of-the-art centers. This employed role includes base salary with bonuses tied to quality metrics, full malpractice with tail coverage, generous benefits, vacation, health insurance, retirement offerings, and CME opportunities.
Providers will work with a collaborative team and may travel between centers within the market to deliver exceptional care.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment.
- Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
- Current BLS/ACLS certification.
- Comfortable managing a Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions.
- Strong examination and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication with patients, families, and team.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care responsibilities only.
- Deliver high-quality primary care and address medical and social needs of patients.
- Collaborate with a collaborative care team across centers.
- Spend adequate time with patients due to model of care.
